Michelle began her career in EventScotland in July 2010 as Communications Administrator. Following a role as Media Executive in VisitScotland’s Content team, Michelle rejoined EventScotland in November 2011 to provide PR, marketing and communications support across EventScotland's Special Projects. These include Commonwealth Games legacy, Winter Festivals, Food & Drink and event volunteering.

Michelle graduated in 2009 with a MA in English Literature from the University of Glasgow and volunteered for various cultural events gaining valuable experience in event communications.
