Erin Bottomley joined VisitScotland in May 2017 as the Themed Years Marketing and Communications Executive. Erin provides marketing and communications support for both Themed Years and Scotland’s Winter Festivals.
Erin graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in English and Spanish and has an MSc in Publishing from Edinburgh Napier University. She has a range of marketing, sales, publishing, and communications experience having worked previously for Birlinn LTD, APS Group, Ferment Magazine, Fest Magazine and the City of Edinburgh Libraries.
Most recently, Erin worked as a Marketing and Business Development Manager at Thirst Craft, a food and drink design and marketing agency, where she developed and implemented marketing strategies across a range of different businesses.
