Glasgow has been chosen to host the 2010 CPISRA European Football 7 a side Championships. The city has a great reputation for hosting major events, including the Champions League Final, The UEFA Cup Final, and the upcoming 2014 Commonwealth Games.

The Championships will be held at the new Regional Football Centre at Toryglen and will feature teams from 10 European Countries including Russia, Ukraine and England. The event is organized each year by the World Governing Body Cerebral Palsy International and Recreation Association (CPISRA)
