Join us for a two-day celebration of design, music and performance to mark the opening of V&A Dundee, Scotland’s first design museum.
The 3D Festival – a name that pays homage to Dundee, design and the city’s spirit of discovery – will take place at the heart of the city’s transformed waterfront.
Get involved in hands-on design workshops and watch as never-seen-before creative collaborations unfurl on stage, against the impressive backdrop of renowned architect
Kengo Kuma’s first building in Britain.
The festival will kick off on the eve of the museum’s official opening, with a packed programme of music and performance, before continuing the following day with family activities, hands-on design workshops, music and creative collaborations on the main stage.
The 3D Festival is co-designed by V&A Dundee’s Young People’s Collective, a group of amazing 16-24 year olds from across the city, involved in everything from who will perform to the design collaborations.
The full festival line-up will be announced over the summer, when tickets will be available from www.vandadundee.org.
