Glasgow's St Andrew's Day Torchlight Parade

The Third Glasgow’s St. Andrew’s Day Torchlight Parade returns on 30 November and Glasgow invites you to take part. 

The Torchlight Parade will be open and accessible to all families and friends who want to take part, on Friday, 30 November. Another sparkling event from the West End Festival and supported by Scotland’s Winter Festivals, Glasgow City Council and Byres Road and Lanes BID.

In addition, Glasgow’s Lord Provost, Councillor Eva Bolander, has been announced as the patron of the torchlight parade and the West End Festival is supporting Fair Saturday taking place on 1 December, a global movement to create social impact.

This evening celebration of Scotland’s patron saint will take the form of a torchlight parade passing through the main parts of Glasgow's West End.
