Ten under the Ben is a Ten Hour mountain bike endurance race which is run over a ten mile lap, in Leanachan forest at Nevis Range home of the UK's Mountain Bike World Cup and the 2007 World Championships.
Participants are invited to take part as individuals or in teams of two three or four. The idea being that teams or individuals have to complete as many laps of the course within the ten hours as possible.
The course is designed in away that it is exciting for the most experienced riders and achievable for those who spend a bit less time on their bikes. The emphasis of the event is on participation and personal challenge as organisers the aim is to be as inclusive as is possible.
