Celebrating its tenth birthday this year on July 22 and 23, the extraordinarily diverse Wickerman Festival in Dumfries & Galloway offers an eclectic line-up of rock, indie, punk, electro, techno, drum & bass, reggae and folk music as well as a host of family-friendly activities. The festival climaxes with the dramatic burning of a 40 foot wickerman in homage to the cult film that was shot in the area. In 2010 The Charlatans and Ocean Colour Scene headlined and the 2011 line-up will be announced later this year.
A weekend adult ticket which includes camping and parking is £90. Weekend concession (13-15 Years) is £45 and children under 12 years go free.
