The top 8 male and female artistic gymnasts in the world will compete for victory inside Scotland’s spectacular new Commonwealth Arena. The best of the best will compete for medals at the UK’s only round of the series in front of an expected capacity crowd. Stellar performances of strength, flexibility and grace will be required as gymnasts compete across a range of apparatus including the vault, beam, rings and floor.
Following a sell-out event in 2011, the Glasgow World Cup Gymnastics have quickly become synonymous with a warm welcome and an electric atmosphere.
Glasgow will be the final round of the 2012 World Cup series assuring spectators of top-class performances as the world’s best seek to end the series as overall champion.
