Highland Perthshire Cycling have put together a range of road and mountain bike events aimed at cyclists of all ages and abilities, to be held across the region from Saturday 4th to Saturday 11th of May.
This year’s Festival sees some new and exciting events; the Highland Perthshire Enduro is a brand new style of event for the area, on Saturday 4th May, in which participants challenge themselves over a 58km off road route around the village of Dunkeld. Entries are now live for this event and can be found on No Fuss Event’s website nofussevents.co.uk. Other new events include the guided road and mountain bike rides and a Film Night where amateur cyclists and film makers are being asked to submit a homemade cycling film which will be shown in the newly refurbished Birks Cinema in Aberfeldy. This Film Night will also show a professional feature cycling film and prizes will be given for the most voted amateur film. The week also features family fun days, kids events, local rides and the well renowned BIG Day plus lots more. The week culminates in the legendary Etape Caledonia Sportive on Sunday 12th May.
