The 2014 Commonwealth Gymnastics Invitational is a unique event which will see four gymnastics disciplines, in three locations on one weekend:  - Commonwealth Rhythmic Gymnastics Invitational, Motherwell  - Commonwealth Acrobatic Gymnastics Invitational, Glasgow  - Commonwealth Men's & Women's Artistic Gymnastics Invitational, Perth. An international event the commonwealth Gymnastics Invitational will see elite gymnasts travel to Scotland to compete in what will be the last opportunity for many to record scores which will put them in contention for selection for Glasgow 2014. The Commonwealth Gymnastics Invitational will mark the first Acrobatic and Rhythmic international events to be held in Scotland for a number of years. The popularity of gymnastics in Scotland continues to grow with the sold out Glasgow World Cup in both December 2012 and 2013. Furthermore interest is growing ahead of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games and the World Gymnastics Championships coming to Glasgow in 2015. There is a real opportunity for Scottish Gymnastics to capitalise on this increased interest in our sport to enhance the number of spectators attending the Commonwealth Invitational.
