Glasgow Science Festival: From Creel to Meal

This year’s Glasgow Science Festival will explore the themes of ‘Future of Food’ and ‘Sustainable Shores’ to celebrate the Year of Food and Drink Scotland. 
The ‘Tasty Science’ strand will take in fieldtrips, pop-up restaurants, microbrewery events, special family days and educational activities.
Langoustines or ‘scampi’ make up 15% of the total Scottish seafood landings and raising awareness of this food source and the stories behind the people landing this catch is a great way to support Scotland’s reputation as a Land of Food and Drink.
