Historic Scotland, the agency charged with safeguarding the nation’s historic environment, recently signed up to receive 1-2-1 business support under Scottish Enterprise’s Experiencing Scotland food and drink project, to help develop the catering offer at events and functions held at Historic Scotland properties.
