Food and Drink

Following 2009’s successful year of Homecoming and looking forward to 2014, The Scottish Government has named the period from May 2010 to May 2011 as ‘Scotland’s Year of Food and Drink’. As one of Scotland’s most distinct attributes, food and drink has played, and continues to play a strong role in shaping our cultural identity and heritage. EventScotland is working closely with the events industry to extend and enhance the food and drink experience at events throughout Scotland.
