The Sports Cities Index, presented by Around the Rings and TSE Consulting, is open for voting until November 11, 2012. Results of the first survey will be released November 16, 2012, at the City Events Conference in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The comprehensive biannual ranking is based on a group of 50 cities selected through criteria such as hosting recent upcoming editions of Olympic Games and other major multi-sport Games, hosts of professional sports teams, cities that have hosted a variety of major world championships or world-class events such as tennis Grand Slams and Formula 1 races, etc. Respondents will be able to suggest other cities not on the original list for inclusion in the future.
Results are generated from an online survey system, powered by TSE Consulting. Cast your vote now: www.tseconsulting.com
The results will be announced as part of the exciting programme for City Events - the conference dedicated to ambitious host cities.
The programme for City Events, taking place November 14-16 in the Olympic Capital, Lausanne, Switzerland, includes the Executive Director of the National Association of Sports Commissions in the United States and representatives from leading European cities such as Istanbul, London, Lyon, Manchester, Amsterdam and Stockholm, as well as upcoming hosts from Asia. And if that isn't enough, industry leaders such as TSE Consulting, John Tibbs Associates, Abold Communication, EKS and others will be taking the stage to share their industry secrets.
