The British Triathlon Super Series returns in 2012 for the fourth consecutive year in what promises to be an exciting season for triathlon in the UK.
The 2011 British Triathlon Super Series, which was won by British athletes Aaron Harris and, for the third year running, Jodie Stimpson, will get underway with the GE Blenheim Triathlon over the weekend of the 9 / 10 June 2012.
The GE Blenheim Triathlon is known for attracting a star-studded elite field and a strong celebrity following in the mass participation races, with the likes of Jenson Button, Pippa Middleton and Iwan Thomas competing in 2011.
From the GE Blenheim Triathlon, the British Triathlon Super Series heads to the Toshiba Windsor Triathlon (17 June) before returning to London for the iconic GE Canary Wharf Triathlon.This will be the last chance for triathlon fans to watch world-class triathlon racing before the London 2012 Olympic Games and the triathlon events on Saturday 4 and Tuesday 7 August 2012.
After the GE Canary Wharf Triathlon, the British Triathlon Super Series takes a short break resuming on 2 September at the GE Strathclyde Park Triathlon, the triathlon venue for the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
