Be part of the tenth anniversary edition of The Tour of Britain this September by signing up to volunteer.
Volunteers will receive a goody bag containing items from Tour partners as well as getting to be an integral part of the event.
In addition to starts and finishes, volunteers are required at all SKODA King of the Mountain climbs and Yodel sprints hotspots. Here you could be asked to help out as course marshals, man crossing points, help with the running of team parking, spectator liaison and conducting spectator surveys amongst other things.
"We'd like to publicly thank all those who volunteer to be part of both The Pearl Izumi Tour Series and Tour of Britain" said Race Director Mick Bennett. "Without volunteers, events like these and other cycle races in the UK simply couldn't happen."
Should you wish to volunteer for the event visit www.thetour.co.uk/volunteer to be redirected to our volunteer registration page.
Once you have registered and your registration has been accepted (bear with us, this may take a few days) you will receive an email telling you that your application has been successful. Once you have received this mail you will be able to select which stages or rounds you would like to volunteer for.
