With just nine weeks until the eyes of the world turn to Glasgow for the 18th annual MOBO Awards on Saturday, October 19, some of the hottest acts of the last 12 months are preparing a visual feast for fans and viewers alike.
The three-time MOBO award winner Tinie Tempah yesterday confirmed he will return to the MOBO stage which gave him his first industry award and championed his talent from the start. Fans can expect a highly energetic performance from Tinie which will be boosted by the fact he will be one of the very first acts to grace The SSE Hydro arena’s stage.
Tinie Tempah said: “So excited to be back at the MOBO Awards performing brand new music! It's an award ceremony that's very important to me and one of the first that really embraced my work as an artist. Bring on October 19th!”
Kanya King MBE commented: “This year is our coming of age and we’re ecstatic to be bringing back a wealth of our MOBO music acts which we’ve supported over the years. Tinie always brings the fire when he performs, get ready for a blistering show!”
Tinie will be amongst great company as chart toppers, Rudimental and Iggy Azalea are also confirmed to perform. Tickets for the MOBO Awards are priced at £25, £35 and £49 and available from www.mobo.com/tickets.
