SEFA presents Crowd Management Programme

Scottish Events & Festivals Association (SEFA) presents a two day course focusing on how to understand the management, psychology, dynamics and social interaction of crowded event spaces.

13th and 14th November 2013 at The Scottish Police College, Tulliallan Castle, FK10 4BE

Promoting the following themes:

- Underpinning reasons why event safety is so important

- How and why crowds behave as they do

- Simple, safe solutions to complex Crowd Management problems

The programme will be delivered by Professor Chris Kemp, Mind Over Matter Consultancy
