JUST two months after an incredible Commonwealth Games, BADMINTONscotland are all geared up to stage another glittering event at Glasgow’s Emirates Arena.
The Scottish Open Grand Prix, a leading event on the Badminton World Federation’s Grand Prix circuit, is back at the Emirates Arena - and YOU can be there to see Robert Blair and Imogen Bankier defend their mixed doubles title and Kirsty Gilmour try to go one better than last year’s runners-up spot in the women’s singles.
All Scotland’s Commonwealth Games stars are expected to enter the third oldest Open tournament in world badminton from November 19-23 and it promises to be too good to miss as players from all over the world will converge on the city for six days of top-class competition.
