The first ever Scottish Paranormal Festival is to be held in Stirling, and will be 'the biggest, the most ecclectic and the most significant' paranormal festival in the UK.
The inaugral event will take place at venues across the city from 30 October to 2 November, ncluding the Scottish Paranormal Film Festival at the Tolbooth. The four-day festival will feature events about ghosts, UFOs and aliens, and speakers including academics, enthusiasts and declared sceptics.
Among the special guests lined up for the event are Native American federal officers and real-life X-files operatives, the Navajo Rangers and UFO filmmaker, James Fox.
The main festival will take place in the Albert Halls, the Tolbooth, The Smith Art Gallery & Museum, and Cowane's Hospital. Visitors can also venture out on the famous Ghost Tours conducted by the 'Happy Hangman' through the graveyards and streets of Scotland's former capital.
