Multiple Olympic medallists Alistair and Jonny Brownlee are joining the Quest Adventure Series Team.
Quest Adventure Series provides thousands of participants the opportunity to run, kayak and cycle in the most epic and demanding landscapes across the globe. Alistair and Jonny live this life every day; training, running, swimming and cycling in adventurous environments and racing around the world. With the Quest team, they want to make this experience, this way of life, available to everyone.
Quest Loch Ness, Inverness supported by EventScotland, part of VisitScotland’s Events Directorate, will take place this Summer on June 10th and is due to attract 1,500 adventure enthusiasts from around the world to run, kayak and cycle across the iconic cultural capital of the Scottish Highlands. The Questfinder team have found the most epic and challenging routes in Inverness and the world-famous Loch Ness; and racers can choose from a selection of challenging routes.
Two-time Olympic gold medallist Alistair Brownlee said, ‘Away from the Olympics and ITU competition, Jonny and I live, train and love life in the Yorkshire Dales. Cycling and trail running in amazing surroundings that we’re proud to call home. We’re absolutely delighted to work with the Quest Adventure Series in bringing the world’s best one day adventure races to the UK, starting with Betws y Coed Wales in May and followed by Loch Ness Scotland in June. Jonny and I are looking forward to taking part in a Quest adventure race very soon’
Alistair and Jonny will be racing at Quest and will be part of the Questfinder team developing new routes and epic adventures.
Quest Adventure Series is the world’s biggest adventure movement and in 2017 is expanding this unique mass participation sports concept across Ireland and the UK.
