Scotland's Winter Festivals 2011/12 is a programme of exciting events designed to promote contemporary Scotland and celebrate Scottish identity, culture and heritage. its people, our history and diverse and vibrant society. The Winter Festivals period incorporates Scotland’s three most celebrated days – St Andrew’s Day, Hogmanay and Burns Night.
